    I was pleasantly surprised by the strength of it. I use to pay to use an actual EMS machine and could go pretty high on that. I was surprised I wasn’t able to start at a higher setting on the belt. I’m looking forward to working my way up. Hope the belt holds up well to continued use.

    I wish the instructions were a little clearer about the need to remove the plastic on the shock pads. The velcro does not stick very well on the belt.

    I was thinking about buying the flexbelt, but that was way too expensive. So I decided to browse n Amazon and see if I can find something similar. And I did! And 1/5 of the price!! This comes with two of the ab replacement pads. It also comes with directions booklet. Be sure to buy AAA batteries for this though.they are not included. Been using this for a week, and so far so good. I like how you can change the type of function you want done and the intensity as well. Make sure that after you use the belt with the Gel pads, that you put the covering back on them so they won’t loose the stickiness

    The node on the left side of the belt doesn’t seem to be working. I’ll need to contact for a repair/replacement. As long as I just use the 2 center pads, the belt functions well and has provided noticeable results already.

    I don’t like the fact that you put a card in the package that says activate your lifetime warranty. Than when I go to do the warranty it say get lifetime warranty and free gift but the gift is either the lifetime warranty or something else so of course you would choose the lifetime warranty so you’re not really getting a gift than on top of that to get the lifetime warranty you have to do a survey it’s too much you force a review for something someone needs!!! It’s not right and I will be doing a review on Amazon
