    I haven’t USED the product yet. It just arrived and its charging. I’ve had Ten’s unit before but after a while the screen went black. I do NOT over use the product. I’m hoping for better luck with this brand, but decided to activate the lifetime warranty before I lose the paperwork. I plan on using the unit myself, and will NOT share it with Family. I’m not sure if that is what you mean in the question. I just tried the product on my arm for a moment and I can tell its just what I am needing.
